Just found Sadhana Studios during Melbourne Lockdown#2 and it has been a lifesaver. I haven’t done Kundalini Yoga before but Kirin’s instructions are so clear that I’m hooked. The meditation has given me a much needed boost to my mood. It practice that is gentle and challenging at the same time! Give it a go!

AMAZING. I always feel like I’m floating after a class. I’m new to kundalini and classes are easy to follow and comfortable for new comers such as my self. It’s a warm and loving space that you look forward to coming to. Feel really grateful to have found this practice and this studio!
